We make it easy by offering complimentary marketing materials and optional online ordering. You receive your proceeds check within two weeks of the completion of your sale.
Varsity Graphics offers three pricing options so organizations can choose what works best for their volunteers and community. With our Direct Mail and Full Service options, Varsity Graphics will create a custom webpage to collect your orders. You get instant email notifications on every order and have access to an online portal to check your cumulative sales anytime you wish.
DIRECT MAIL (NEW THIS YEAR): Varsity Graphics collects your orders online and ships signs direct to the customer. Customers receive their signs within 10 days of ordering.
FULL SERVICE: Varsity Graphics collects your orders online and ships your signs in bulk to your sales coordinator to distribute once your sale has ended.
VALUE: Your organization is responsible for collecting all orders and payments. You submit your sales in a spreadsheet format and keep your proceeds.
Yard signs are printed full color on sturdy 4mm coroplast sheeting. All signs are weather and waterproof and are good for both indoor and outdoor use. Signs come in a variety of shapes and sizes include complimentary metal yard stakes.
Varsity Graphics works with you to create a custom design just right for your school. We offer standard option identical signs or you can customize your signs with names and photographs.
Once your sale concludes, please allow seven business days for production and delivery. Varsity Graphics will send your proceeds check within two weeks of the conclusion of your sale.
