Yard Sign Fundraisers

Varsity Graphics makes it easy to run a successful yard sign fundraiser. You collect orders and payments during your sale, then place one group order with us at the end. Choose Premium Signs for full-color flexibility (including optional personalization) or Economy Signs for the best price point on larger, identical orders.

HOW IT WORKS

• SELECT YOUR YARD SIGN DESIGN Choose from our selection of stock designs, or request a new custom design for a one-time $20 fee.
• PROMOTE YOUR SALE We provide Canva templates you can use for social posts and flyers.
• COLLECT ORDERS AND PAYMENTS Your organization collects all orders and payments during the sale.
• SUBMIT ONE FINAL GROUP ORDER When your sale ends, send Varsity Graphics your final quantities (and a name list if you’re ordering personalized Standard signs).
• PROOFS, PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY We’ll send proofs for your approval. After final approval, please allow 5–7 business days for production and shipping.
