PROGRAM OPTIONS(Required)

Select between Full Service or Value Pricing.
FULL SERVICE: Varsity Graphics sets up your sale on it's website and collects all orders and payments.
VALUE: You collect your orders and payments.

SIGN SHAPE OPTIONS(Required)

Select between Rectangle Shaped or Contour Shaped signs.
RECTANGLE: All rectangle shape signs are 24" wide x 16" tall.
CONTOUR: Varsity Graphics will work with you to create a contour shape sign specific to your needs. Contour shape signs can only be printed on one side. Sizes vary.

We can accommodate up to two personalizations per sign. What type of personalization would you like on your signs? (ie: First Name Only, Last Name Only, First & Last Name, Jersey Number, etc.).

Pricing(Required)

How much do you want to charge for your signs? Choose the price point you feel works best for your families and your organization’s fundraising goals. You keep the profits. Note: State sales tax (if applicable) will be added at the time of the transaction.

Varsity Graphics offers six design templates from you to choose from. All signs are customized with your organization name, colors, logos and activities.

ACTIVITY SELECTION AND TIMING

Activity Selection and Timing(Required)

Most Athletic/Group sign sales are run three times a year to coincide with seasonal activities -- Fall, Winter, Spring. Please list the categories of signs you would like to offer and when you would like to offer them.

Examples:
FALL: Football, Field Hockey, Cross Country, Soccer, Cheerleading, Volleyball, Marching Band, Poms, Golf, Flagline, Drumline.
WINTER: Basketball, Wrestling, Cheerleading, Bowling, Indoor Track, Skiing.
SPRING: Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Tennis, Swimming
YEAR-ROUND: Alumni, Grandparent, Drama Team, Chorus, Orchestra, Generic (School Name/Mascot only), Theater, Speech & Debate, Dance Team.

Sale Deadlines(Required)

List the dates you would like to have your signs ready to distribute. Varsity Graphics will assign appropriate sale deadline dates based on it's production schedule. (Typically it takes 5-7 business days for production and delivery)
